Most labiaplasty techniques are safely performed with minimal to no change in sensation. It is important to find a skilled surgeon to minimize surgical risk and compromise to the nerves.

Most patients can return to work after a week.  Patients should refrain from strenuous activity for 3-4 weeks after surgery.
