Journey To Confidence
At your consultation, you will be able to discuss questions and review what you would like changed through surgery. Dr Crofts will discuss the details of the procedure and create a surgical plan with you. Our office staff will provide you with a surgery quote and can help schedule a surgery date at that time.
You will have a pre-operative appointment three weeks prior to surgery. At this appointment, you will sign consents, discuss any last minute questions and concerns, and get further pre- and post-surgery instructions.
Your surgery will take place at an accredited facility. This is generally a 1 to 6 hour procedure and you will be released home on the same day.
Generally, you will be seen 1 to 3 days after surgery and again 4 to 5 days later. Further post operative appointments will continue and be dependent upon your recovery.
Recovery for liposuction surgery is approximately 3 weeks of no lifting or exercising. Most patients feel well enough to return to work around 5 days after surgery. Patients will be in a compression garment for 6 weeks to minimize bruising and swelling. At Aesthetica, post operative care and safety is our number one priority. We see patients frequently after their procedure to assure healing and recovery is on track. Patients have 24 hour access to an on-call nurse for emergencies.

Body liposuction - I went all around utah and salt lake county for liposuction consultations. Dr.Croft and his staff was by far the most professional but very very friendly and helpful. Dr.Croft answered all of my questions and was very honest. After my procedure the staff was always there to answer any of my questions. Best experience EVER! - Dr. Crofts is such a wonderful doctor!!! I was really, really nervous to get liposuction after reading about people's procedures gone wrong with other doctors. Will I have loose skin after liposuction?

Will I have scars after liposuction?
Most patients have very small, minimal scars just big enough for the liposuction cannula to fit. The incisions are made as discreetly as possible.

The price of liposuction starts at $5,200 for the first area and each additional area starts at $2,800. The overall cost of liposuction surgery varies by the areas you’d like to address. This price includes expenses for the operating room, anesthesia, and Dr. Crofts fees. Once you come in for a consultation with Dr. Crofts, you will receive a quote for the cost of your surgery.
Will my liposuction results last?
We have a set number of fat cells as adults and once these cells are removed they can’t come back. However, patients will still have fat cells that can continue to expand if weight is put on after surgery. It is important to follow a health regimen to maintain your weight so you can enjoy your results.
